Insead Round Table : Sustainable Food production in the city

Impulse.brussels has the pleasure to invite you to our next Round Table event on December 4 2014 where you will discover two start-ups & a European project aimed at developing the local value chain in sustainable food production within the Brussels Region.

There will bee three speakers to enlighten different possibilities to develop sustainable food production in cities. 
The start-ups will explain their approaches and business models. The first speaker is Mrs Agnès Bonfond CEO of Simone à Soif, a sustainable vegetable & fruit drink. The second is Mr Raphaël Dupriez CEO of Little Food, growing insects in the center of Brussels. The third speaker is Mr Jean-Patrick Scheepers Manager of Urban Farm Company. He will show why companies should be interested in urban farm projects like growing vegetables in greenhouses on rooftops in cities like Brussels.
The conference language will be French. Guests are welcome.
